I’m so impressed. Just unloaded my shipment in the USA and the unpacking crew (a different company) said they’ve never seen individual pieces packed so well, or a container packed so well. I agree! We opened a couple of crates and boxes yesterday and they were well organized, well-labeled, cleanly sealed and very very padded. I worked with Cathy in Abu Dhabi initially, and she bent over backwards to answer my questions before, during, and after the move. She always responded quickly and thoroughly on WhatsApp and text. When the team came they were polite and friendly, and I was amazed at the clean custom packing job they did. And now that the shipment is complete, I can see that the same high quality standards were applied through the whole process, not just at the front end in Abu Dhabi. Thanks Fusion!

Excellent shipping rate to the U.K. Excellent communication throughout the entire shipping from requesting quotes to my delivery in the U.K. Cathy is a superstar, she explained all the quotes, time frame for arrival and the process from collection onwards. I was sent empty packing boxes, tapes for my packing. Cathy and her team came all the way to Al Ruwais for my items. Arnold was a star in repacking some of my items and ensure that all my items were secured. When my items arrived in the U.K. I was called by PSS removal who sorted my items and delivered them to me within 3 days of their call. Everything went fine with solide packing and very helpful und friendly staff on packing and unpacking. Very good communication with Catherine. We had some delay with shipping, which was not caused by Fusion.

Just had delivery of our goods from Uk to Dubai (Sharjah) and the service was 100% excellent. The loaders put all our stuff where and which rooms we wanted them in with no quarrels at all. All our things were carefully handled. Willy did alot of the hard work bringing from lifts into apartment and even refused me to help him. Big credit to Willy and also his team below who unloaded everything into the lift. I didnt get everyones names but everyone is an asset to fusion. Well done thank you to fusion!

We had all our personal belongings and a lot of house stuffed shipped over to Sharjah from UK. Where do I begin from the shipping in the UK to their partner company here FUSION the service has been amazing, really quick and absolutely stress free. The communication between myself and Fusion’s team member (GERRO) has been so really good. Gerro updated me at every stage of the shipment and nothing was ever a hassle for him as I had to change the delivery date twice as I had delays in getting our place but he was so amazing about it and very polite. All our stuff reached us in excellent condition and the team that delivered our things were so polite and careful with our belongings. The guys were great, arrived exactly on time and went above and beyond in rebuilding the furniture. We were missing some bolts for a bed but I'm not sure they actually made it over from the UK so cant really blame them for that. 5* from me, and highly recommended.
